As TJ McConnell, a fellow Pacers guard, noted, "To the average fan, or anybody who plays, obviously it isn't textbook. But there's no denying how effective it is. It's straight cash, is the best way I can put it."
Haliburton’s distinctive shooting form has not hindered his performance on the court. Quite the opposite, he has demonstrated remarkable consistency, shooting above 40% from beyond the arc in all but one of his six seasons across Iowa State and the NBA. The only exception occurred last season, a direct result of Haliburton rushing back from a hamstring injury.
